How ILTER is organised
ILTER is a network of hundreds of ecological research sites in over thirty member networks, categorized into five global regions. ILTER is governed by an elected Chair, an Executive Committee composed of one member from each of six regions, and a Coordinating Committee composed of one member from each of the member networks.

The structure of ILTER

ILTER is composed of hundreds of scientists representing research sites in thirty-two member networks in six regions of the world. - Coordinating Committee
The ILTER Coordinating Committee is composed of 32 scientists, each one representing his/her ILTER network. - Executive Committee
The ILTER Executive Committee is composed of up to eight members, one member representing each ILTER region (there are 6 regions). Each Executive Committee member serves for three years. - Chair
The ILTER Chair is elected every four years by the ILTER coordinating committee.
The Chair of the ILTER Network is Terry Parr.
